Returns Policy

All UK purchases are entitled to a 14 day cooling off period during which you may cancel your order. Goods may be returned, using the returns form provided, within 14 days of delivery. Customers must ensure the goods are securely packed (in the original packaging). The customer is responsible for paying the relevant return carriage costs. If the goods are returned in New and Unused Condition a refund of the full cost will be paid via the original payment method. If the product delivered is not what you ordered, does not correspond with its description or is damaged in transit, Decoflora will, at its option, deliver to you a replacement product or refund to you the price paid and your reasonable costs of returning the products. In the case of products damaged in transit you should, where possible, make a photographic record of the damage and refuse delivery of the damaged goods to enable a compensation claim to be made. In either case you must inform us within three days of delivery, and make any returns within 14 days of delivery.

Returns from outside the UK will NOT be entitled to a refund of the original postage unless the item sent is damaged in transit.

Next Working Day Delivery (Available for Mainland UK Only - £8.95)

This service is only available for orders placed before 2.30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for delivery in England, Wales and Scottish Lowlands. Orders placed before 2.30pm on Friday, for delivery in England, Wales and Scottish Lowlands, will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, for delivery in England, Wales and Scottish Lowlands, will be delivered on Tuesday.

Please note that there will be no despatch or delivery on Bank Holidays AND we are unable to guarantee next day delivery to Channel Islands, Scottish Islands and Highlands

Europe and Worldwide Shipping - Please add your purchases to the shopping basket and select you destination country to see the relevant charges. Volumetric weight restrictions apply. We will endeavour to pack your order in the smallest possible box to comply with these restrictions, however, should your order exceed the volumetric limit we will contact you about possible additional shipping costs before processing your order.

Please be aware that if your country is outside the UK you will not be charged UK VAT but you may incur import duty in your country. This charge will be invoiced directly to you by the carrier upon delivery. If you wish to know the amount payable please contact your tax authority or the carrier used - see your despatch confirmaion email for details. Failure to pay the import duty to the courier will result in your order being returned to us and an admin fee equal to the amount you paid for shipping will be deducted from your refund. If your country does not appear on the 'country' drop down list we regret that we are currently unable to send our products to you. Please send us a message via our 'contacts' page and we will try and send you an individual quote.

If your country is not listed on the dropdown menu we regret we are currently unable to ship to you.
